What is the pricing of a Beaufort SC fishing charter?

Cast Away’s World Famous Beaufort SC fishing trips start at a half day (four hours). To extend your trip the hourly rate is $100 for each additional hour. Our pricing below includes everything from fishing licenses, bait and equipment, safety gear and a cooler with ice and water.  And our Captains will gladly clean your catch (so you don’t have to!)
If you’d like to tip your captain, we won’t stop you; it’s up to what makes you comfortable.

What species of fish should we expect?
Since our 24-foot vessels can maneuver in shallow flats of Beaufort SC, fishing charter hauls can include Redfish, Trout, Flounder, Tarpon, Cobia and other nearshore and inshore species. No matter the fishing experience, you can expect to reel in some amazing trophy fish!
Do we need to get a fishing license before we book?
No. The only thing you need to bring is yourself!

In addition to supplying the fishing license and all of the legally required gear, Cast Away Fishing Charter has all of the required insurance and licensure — including USCG Captain’s license and commercial marine insurance to protect you and your family while on the water.

What is your policy on cancellations?

If the weather is bad on the day of your scheduled Beaufort SC fishing trip, we will let you know if it’s too dangerous to be on the water. The entire Cast Away crew keeps their eyes on the weather. Our Beaufort SC fishing trips are focused on delivering the best fishing experience for you and your crew. 

We will accommodate your schedule for a relaxing and fun day on the water. If you have to reschedule, that’s no problem. We can move your reservation dates. However, we enforce a strict cancellation policy because we are a small business with a high demand for our Beaufort SC fishing charters. 

Our cancellation and no-show policy:

  • If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled fishing trip, there aren’t any cancellation fees. 
  • If you have to cancel less than 48 hours before your fishing trip, we will charge the credit card on file for the full amount of the trip.
