What if we have a large party for a cruise or boat tour?
We’re happy to accommodate your family on your schedule. When you call, we’ll discuss your options. If you’re interested in having some fun, consider the “Cast Away Fishin’ Tourney.” This is a traditional fishing tournament with multiple boats. The winning team receives a certificate and prize.
Do we need a boating license?
Licenses are required. However, that’s not for you to worry about!
Cast Away’s captains take care of all of the paperwork — including fishing licenses for our fishing trips. Our fishing charter also maintains USCG Captain’s license and commercial marine insurance for your added protection.
What is the policy on cancellation or no-show?
As a small business with a high demand for our boat tours, we maintain a strict no-show and cancellation policy. We require more than 48 hours notice before departure. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, then we will charge the credit card on file for the entire trip. Gift certificates and discounts also will be voided.
In the event of inclement weather, we will work with your schedule to find a time that works best for you. It’s our goal to provide you a great experience on the water.
